PolkOut.com is waiting for a real rain to come and wash all this scum off the streets!

Listen, you f!ckers, you screwheads. Here is a man who would not take it anymore. A man who stood up against the scum, the c!nts, the dogs, the filth, the sh!t. Here is a man who stood up.

That's a Taxi Driver reference up at the header, for all those of you who think I've gone ape-sh!t crazy.  Great movie, one of my favorites.  Go rent it, it's hardcore, back before De Niro lost his edge and Scorsese was still willing to take risks.

Anyway, for such a liberal town, and such a liberal campus, it's really hard to find someone with a sense of humor.  Okay, granted, maybe this sort of humor is a tad unorthodox, and maybe I have really poor tonal inflection, but come on!  What kind of poor, deluded, bastard could really think I'm legitimately insane?

Answer: damn near everyone.

Everyone seems to take everything too seriously.  After telling us about why smoking weed ought to be legal and how Maxwell Planck was a terrific badass, my chemistry professor made a decent point: college students--and students in general--think their opinions matter.  Like someone's listening, watching, giving a damn.  Reagan did a swell job of showing people just how little of a sh!t the government actually gave, way back in the day.  What I'm saying is, there's this whole sense of self-righteousness that's pretty much poisoned everybody 'round these parts.

The point is, my point is, shut the f!ck up.  I don't care.  I don't care who's dying where or what kind of sorry state our planet's in, the most I can do is vote every two years and hope everything goes alright.  So lets forget about all that crap and learn how to take a goddamn joke.

I didn't mean to rant.  I do that a lot...make digressions.  F!ck it.  I'm tired, it's late. Buy my sh!t.

Oh yeah, the final panel's inspired by some Japanese cartoonist I came across on the internet.  Because I don't feel like I ripped him off...damn near at all, I'm not going to bother and find his site.  Plus the whole thing's in Japanese, and I'll be damned if I waste my time with that demonic drivel.
